Refund Policy

At Timely Coders Limited, our main aim is to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied. Our refund policy assures the customer that we will strive to make sure that they get their money’s worth when they place an order with us. Under the following conditions, we will credit the client’s account with the amount paid within 48 hours of raising a complaint, which they will redeem for future use.

Our refund policies applies as follows and under listed conditions:

Order Cancellation

When the customer cancels the order before the experts have started working on it

Erroneous Payment

When the customer makes a double payment or an over-payment

Missed Delivery

In the unlikely event that your work is not completed on time as per the agreement, and the client demand for a refund, we will credit their account as listed above

Other reason

Any other reason worth a refund, supported by facts, we will issue a refund.
